The Fajita Grill
Corp. quickly earned a reputation for
bringing high quality, authentic Mexican
cuisine to Pleasant Hills. Finally the
Pittsburgh area had an alternative to
the impersonal assembly-line approach
of the big chain “Mexican-style”
establishments. The Fajita Grill was not
“Mexican-style.” It was simply Mexican.
