The Fajita Grill philosophy has always been to provide authentic Mexican recipes and a unique dining experience to its patrons. This philosophy manifests in the pride with which our food is prepared and served as well as the traditional, yet eclectic atmosphere that one encounters at The Fajita Grill.
Made to Order
Made to order means that you can expect your dinner to have been made when the order was presented to our professional kitchen staff- and not one minute before. We use only fresh ingredients, no prepared foods. The result is a more authentic Mexican dining experience.
BYOB
The Fajita Grill does not serve alcoholic beverages. As an alternative, we invite our guests to bring their own alcoholic beverages to our establishment While it does require some forethought, with our Bring You Own policy, you can enjoy your favorite beverage for the very affordable cork fee of $5.00 per table. You must be 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages.
Smoking Policy
For the comfort of all of our guests, The Fajita Grill has a no smoking policy inside any of our dining rooms. Weather permitting, our beautiful patio will be open and smoking is permitted outside.
